When you fill out our form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, property address, your situation, your sale date if you know it, anything else you choose to tell us, and how you heard about us. If you arrived from one of our letters or ads, the link may tell us which campaign brought you here.
Why we collect it
One reason: so a real person on our team can review your situation and contact you about your property. That is the entire purpose. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to helping you with your home.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with marketers. The people who see it are our team and the service providers who make this site work, such as the form service that delivers your submission to our inbox and the title company if we move forward together.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages people view and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your general location, device type, and pages visited. It does not see what you type into our form. How long we keep it
